The internal workpieces include materials that are used in construction parts or for construction machinery. Think of making all kinds of bearing and pivot points, pedestals, the complete or partial renewal of hydraulic cylinder parts, parts for the hydraulically adjustable cabs, axles, pins etc. The work we carry out for external customers is very diverse. We are active in the agricultural, earthmoving, industrial, logistics and nautical sector. The latter in particular because this often requires emergency repairs and short delivery times, which we can guarantee.
Furthermore, our activities consist of making gears, pinions, shafts, bronze bushings, key joints, propeller shafts, pump shafts, running and guide wheels, threaded connections and very heavy press – shrink joints using liquid nitrogen.
Our engineers translate your ideas, wishes or requirements into a design. They draw up the necessary 3D-drawings, capacity specifications and strength calculations. We work with modern CAD-programmes and Finite Element Analysis. This methodology allows complex structural behaviour to be modelled, with the benefit being a closer approximation of the definitive situation already at the design phase. It is then also possible to analyse multiple design variants in a short period and to select the best option.
We come up with a solution that reflects your wishes, regardless of whether it relates to new construction machines or appliances, or to electrical, mechanical or hydraulic systems, modifications to undercarriages or cabins. But we’ll also supply you with appliances for your construction machine that fully meet your wishes and requirements.
In our fully equipped metal and hydraulic workshops, we employ skilled welders and mechanics who ensure that you get a top-notch end product. The welding, hydraulics and assembly of the construction machines and appliances are all completed here.
Service and overhaul of your equipment is done in our workshop, at our quayside units, but on-site is also possible. We carry out repair and maintenance work on all sorts of machines and low loaders, regardless of make. We possess fully equipped service vans and an expert and experienced service team that is ready to serve you 24 hours a day. But we also supply parts for all common makes of machine.
